止血带注意事项
Cautions for tourniquet
1、止血带会阻断血液的流动，捆扎的时间过长会严重损伤组织——甚至于导致肢体坏死。

2、止血带只能用于捆扎四肢，绝不要捆扎头部、颈部或躯干部。

3、也不要用其他的物品覆盖，不要遮住捆扎在肢体上的止血带。如果你不得不把患者一个人留在营地中，在他的头，用签字笔或者是口红，写上捆扎的时间和工具箱的位置。

4、检查血液的循环情况。绷带包扎完毕后，应经常检查脚趾或者手指，看看它的末端是否有发乌的紫斑，以及该处的体温有无下降等现象。如果有这样的现象，应该松开布带，否则时间一长，会引起组织坏死。

After the bandage is finished, the toes or fingers should be checked regularly to see if there are black purple spots at the end of the bandage and whether there is a drop in body temperature there. If there is such a phenomenon, the cloth band should be loosened, otherwise, a long time will cause tissue necrosis.
5、出于同样的原因，不能长时间的利用止血带捆扎肢体，除非是在施行动脉结扎手术的时候，迫不得已才那么做。一般止血时，应先尝试直接是压法，然后是用施压位点法，直到使用在伤口处保持直接施压的方法。如果伤口位于肢体的末端，可以将伤处抬高。
5. For the same reason, tourniquet can not be used to tie limbs for a long time, unless it is necessary to do so when arterial ligation is performed. Generally, when hemostasis is done, the direct pressure method should be tried first, then the pressure site method should be used until the direct pressure method is maintained at the wound. If the wound is at the end of the limb, it can be raised.
