1、未严格掌握扎止血带的适应症，滥用止血带。确实用其他方法不能止住的大、中动脉出血，方可使用止血带。但实践中有时医护人员的做法是：凡伤口出血，不论其出血多少，均使用之。因此，造成的不良后果，应认定为医疗过错。 1. Do not strictly control the indications of the tourniquet and abuse the tourniquet. Depending on the age, injury, and muscle development of the injured person, the adverse consequences can be identified as medical errors. 3、不能严格掌握止血带放松的时间，总的倾向是止血带扎得时间偏长。正确的原则是使用止血带的时间越短越好。骨科手术中，如果手术操作已完成，则应尽早去除止血带。一般扎止血带不宜超过一个半小时，在转运四肢有大血管损伤的伤员时，患肢扎止血带的时限最好不超过3~4小时。根据情况每次放松3~5分钟。肌肉缺血6~10小时后，即使恢复血液循环，也将失去收缩功能，且易发生气性坏疸。因此造成不良后果，可以认定为医疗过错。 3.
